On the fence on this one. It is hard to quantify Aizens Kido. We know it was powerful af based on what was displayed. Mathmatically, its way up there, but things tend to get... weird when your talking about gravity at that level.

On the other side, Adult Naruto and Sasuke were stopped by Shikamarus Shadow Paralysis. Not sure how anyone could even begin to argue against Aizens Kido being miles above Shikamarus technique. Could be PIS though, pretty much everything involving Momoshiki made no sense, and still doesn't to this day ( like Isshiki being afraid of him? lol ).
