Scarecrow has a scythe and 3 fear gas bombs
Mr Freeze has his freeze gun (btw he is superstrong and invulnerable)
Clayface has his shapeshifting power at maximum
Killer Croc has regular power

Green Goblin has 10 exploding pumpkins and his hoverboard
Doc Ock has his tentacles
Venom has regular power
Sandman has regular powers
Carnage has current power
Lizard has current power
Rhino has current power
Electro has current power

Spidey villains FTW, oh by the way carnage's current power is being ripped apart and dead in space

Spidey's villains win because batman's villains (much like batman) are completely overrated.

Spidey's villains have powers and better tech

Spidey villains because unlike Bats villains they all have actual powers except Doc Ock but his tentacles trump most of the Bats villains powers.
