well hiei was supose to be the fastest in the begining but yusuke became more powerfull.sasuke on the other hand in shippuden the speed he does is rediculussly fast but who knows

Well I really can't because I haven't seen any Yu Yu Hakusho episodes after the Dark Tournament Saga (because the show started coming on at 5:00 in the morning).

Hiei is absurdly fast. In the Dark Tournament he crossed fifty feet of ground, sliced his opponent's arm off, and returned to his original position so quickly that no one realized he had moved at all. And that was when he was still a class B demon. By the end of the Three Kings saga, he's a class S, and can whip out his Dragon of the Darkness Flame at will. Also, in regards to his strength relative to Yusuke, they're still fairly even when they spar in Chapter Black. Since they never fought in Three Kings, it's impossible to say who was the stronger.

that is true, but do you think hiei would beat yusuke when he turns into a demon?
It depends. Hiei lost to Makuro, but Yusuke lost to Yomi, so they're both 0-1 against a King. If Yusuke can survive the Dragon of the Darkness Flame, he has a good chance. Then again, Hiei always seemed to have more finesse than Yusuke. I think Yusuke was ranked slightly higher than Hiei by the end (S versus S+ maybe), but it's really just guesswork.

Didn't know that about becoming S-Class Demon (didn't see any episode after Dark TOurnament saga sigh). That's awesome!
