This is clearly Thor. He oneshot Thanos once no reason he shouldn’t again. Inb4 the endgame Thor didn’t argument. Ton of weight gain, copious amount of depression, no normal person would be able to fight anywhere near as well as they were able to prior. Odin stated Asgardians are far more like humans than not.
In all seriousness though the Thor with Ragnarok and Infinity War mindset should win in a tough fight. Lets just look at this logically. Steve with Mjlonir strikes was hurting Thanos and nearly killed him with the 2 lightning bolts he sent. Here he's up against a guy with the ability to charge his blunt end strikes, pierce him with an axe, who literally emits lightning, has a flight advantage and even if he calls down a bolt that's a fraction as powerful as the one he did Hela it'd probably prove fatal for Thanos.
We've seen that Cap (with just Mjolnir) can stun and knock down Thanos with lightning.
Cap was basically Phase 1/2 Thor with Mjolnir; Thor got a massive boost in Ragnarok, and is definitely better than Cap (God of hammers) as he learned to become the "real God of Thunder".
So, using common sense, Thor isn't getting close to Thanos at all. Spam lightning, over and over. Throw Stormbreaker when he's stunned. If he blocks or grabs, lightning spam to get it back.
If he throws his sword, dodge/block with Stormbreaker, so he never gets it back. Then throw Stormbreaker again, throw, spam, throw, repeat until he's dead.
