I love how people say MoS Supes solos, but can't provide a single relevant argument to back up their claims.

Thanos’s only problems are going to be Kurse and Superman. Even then, he wins.

Thanos has to many anti feats in the speed department, he is definitely going to struggle here

He can’t put down wolf, and Clark solos

He is too fast for Thanos to touch and he has more power than people that have hurt Thanos. A broken neck or just beat him to death. Thanos can not avoid him, can not even hide.

@TheGrat1: What I believe would happen is Superman would blitze Thanos and get a bunch of good hits in. Eventually, he would anticipate where Clark would go next and then it would turn into a wrestling match.

Thanos might win this if we scale him above Party Thor. Kurse will be the biggest problem.

With just MCU sacred timeline feats/scalings, he can't win this though.

Because there isn't one without some sort of nonsensical wank. MoS Clark would get dismantled.

It is nonsensical wank to say that someone with casually supersonic combat speed will not get hit by a brick? Really? Thanos has extremely limited range (practically none without a sword that can be easily caught/thrown away/dodged), no versatility, no healing factor to speak of, speed so low he can not even casually kill a supersoldier. Kal-El has all of that in spades. The battle will be engaged on his terms or not at all. If he does not feel like letting Thanos near him, Thanos will not be near him because he is sssssllllllooooooowwww. If Thanos tries to run away from Kal-El he will get nowhere. He can not dodge Kal-El's blows because he is sssssllllloooooowwww. Worthy Cap was working his ass in cqc with subsonic combat speed. Kal-El can hit Thanos so many times he would think he was surrounded.

And this is between two people with reflexes in the same general range. Superman has hundreds if not thousands of times faster reflexes than Thanos. If he went one on one with Captain America before he picked up the hammer, like Thanos did, he would one shot him. Captain America is too slow to raise his shield in time to block him.

And they will not be the little pillow punches he took from Carol or the love taps he took from Worthy Cap.

He will be getting launched across Smallville when Kal-El connects.

But I am sure you will say all of those on screen feats are just wank, right? Thanos will easily tag and beat up on someone thousands of times faster than anyone he has ever fought before, simply because you say so, right?

He could not anticipate Captain America enough to get clean shots in. What hope does he have against a supersonic being? Kal-El is not a bullet, he does not have to go in a straight line. Not only will Thanos be in slow motion from his perspective, evne if he saw him moving to block or punch he could simply adjust.

@TheGrat1: Sorry. I did not get your tag. He eventually did catch Captain America. Also, Thanos has some crazy reaction speed feats. He will still be moving in Superman's view.

Reaction Speed =/= Combat Speed

People like to use Superman punching Namek into trains to put his striking above Thanos. That is realistically, not even close to the feats Hulk and Thanos have.

Here, with a casual punch, Thanos exerts enough force to launch a person flying hard enough to break a large boulder. This is millions of pounds of force assuming it is harder than compressed sandstone. This is also ignoring the fact that Captain America's shield is completely vibration absorbent.

Here Hulk punches a multi ton vibration absorbent robot literally across a small city. This is also above anything Superman has done.

These are also their low end feats so please do not compare that train scene to them again unless you want me to show more much more powerful feats for them.

LOL at implying that a feat that could not even kill Captain America is more than what Kal-El can do and at all impressive. Also LOL at implying that Cap can take millions of pounds of force to his spine and not be crippled. I will post a proper reply to all of that later. And his shield has not been vibration absorbent since his first movie, he can reliably ricochet bullets with it.
