After that elevator feat from the Defenders, I'd say she makes it to 8.

Peter holds back against normal humans by a significant margin (as you probably know) and would be more chivalrous and perhaps he'd underestimate Jessica as there's nothing to suggest she's stronger than a normal human physically.

Could stop at 5 or 6 but 7 is a hard stop and peter would lolstomp her with no effort

It was in the movie. T'challa is able to pull down the shield in their fight. He also pulls the Bionic arm off his face and he outmaneuvers the arm in their 2nd meeting when BP was armor less.

I want to say Bucky with Bionic arm would overpower her given how he overpowers Cap all the time but after the elevator holding feat, I'd say she makes it upto Spiderman and loses there.

The first scene in which he pulls down the shield was not in the movie. I watched the movie multiple times. They only show how Black Panther grabs the shield, but the part in which he pulls it down got cut out, at least here in germany.

But feel free to prove me wrong. All the fight scenes are on youtube... You can show me.

Scene 2 (when Black Panther was armor-less): The fact that he had no armor on has nothing to do with his strength. Also when Black Panther pushed Buckys bionic arm down you can clearly see that Bucky was starting to overpower him and TChalla had to throw Bucky and himself down the stairs to get out of the situation. Similar to Caps instance, when he got pushed down the elevator. Cap was also overpowering his arm at first, but then lost balance.

Should stop at 4 IMO, but due to 1 feat I calc'd she clears to 6 and then gets utterly humiliated by Cap.

@shehulk528: Bucky‘s serum is stated to make him as strong as Cap. That’s really all that’s needed.

Definitely not beating Spider-Man. Even if he holds back that doesn't mean he won't resist getting his arm pushed down. He's also much more durable and can hold his ground longer. JJ isn't going to be able to surprise him with speed.
