How powerful would Rune King Thor be in the MCU?

RKT is roughly twice as powerful as Odin, who was able to defeat a full-powered Surtur. What level would he be at?

Powerful enough to still not be of any threat to DCEU Superman.

Thanos > CM = RKT > IW Thor > EG Thor

1. There's no odinforce

2. Thor's already stronger than Odin as confirmed in Ragnarok.

3. MCU is staying away from "mystic Asgardian lore". They tried but failed.

4. Thor won't be king. It was made clear in EG

5. Asgard is just a village on Earth now, nothing more.

There's no way to gauge this but Thor went from planetary level to being more powerful than Odin who's a confirmed galaxy buster so that gives you an idea on the amp he'd get
