"What a peculiar hairdo!" thought Saitama out loud. "At least I have hair, you Japanese egg!" yelled the boy back in anger. Saitama's smile disappeared, and his eyes locked with Giorno's. The fight was on.

I assume you are completely unfamiliar with him and the series, "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure". Giorno Giovanna is a 15 year old mafioso, who's dream is to become the head of Passione, a massive criminal organisation in Italy.

In JJBA, characters don't fight themselves, they use "Stands" - physical manifestations of their willpower and desire. Think "astral projection". The user of the Stand can use the Stand to fight, defend himself, etc. Giorno's Stand is called "Gold Experience" - a pretty powerful Stand that has decent strength, speed, and can turn any inanimate objects into living things. However, that is not the Stand we are using in this fight. We are talking about "Gold Experience Requiem", the upgraded version of Giorno's Stand that shows up later in the story. It has the power to nullify cause and effect. Basically it can turn back anything into zero. Punches, kicks, willpower, nuclear explosions - everything back to 0. It also has infinite reaction time because it exists outside of time itself, and so you can't outspeed it or outsmart it. Giorno uses it to kill a villain who can exist outside of time and can see and erase the future.

Giorno wins. Gold Experience Requiem is even more broken than Saitama is. With GER, Giorno has the ability to automatically nullify any cause and effect, meaning that Saitama simply can not touch Giorno no matter how strong or fast Saitama is. In the JoJo light novel Giorno literally survives the end of 36 universes. It is the strongest defense in the entire JoJo franchise.

Giorno can just put Saitama in an infinite loop and leave him there for the rest of time.

By possible speculation that is so crazy it MIGHT happen. Saitama keeps his pokerface as the resets do nothing and he punches GER and Giorno out with one punch.

Usually the point of Saitama is that no matter what menacing powers the enemy has they get one shotted although Gold Experience Requiem's case is more complicated since it can prevent that reality, this time it is not easy to decide, its whether if Gold Experience Requiem altered the reality would affect Saitama and how, maybe it could trap him into an infinite loop of him having to face countless enemies that always get one punched, driving him insane slowly through the nevending situation.

While saitama has displayed some rather decent striking and speed feats, it literally amounts to nothing against someone that can turn anything you do to zero. I'm not sure how saitama's going to handle that, but for the time being, GER traps him in an infinite loop.

Saitama isn't even that strong lol, anyways he can't do anything about GER. Causality Manipulation trumps any physical interaction, which is all Saitama can do.
