By feats:

Frieza > cooler > kuriza > king cold

By implied and stated power

King Cold > Cooler > Frieza > Kuriza

Frieza 2nd Form: 1,200,000

King Cold 2nd Form: 90,000,000

@colliderz: It's not stated if King Cold can transform further. That's the hitch. Also, not all their transformations have the same level of increase. Kuriza is a joke character who is beat by NekoMajin, who is a student of Goku's.

By number, Cooler beats everyone. His Ult form has a PL of 470mil. And he can achieve that form faster than really any of Freeza's transformations.

@reikai: You are right we don't have any offical stuff about him going further and this is the only feat we can use for King Cold except Frieza mentioned the only persons that was able to beat him was his parents also Ididn't said KC is stronger than Cooler and no one can name a proper winner betwen these two because of limited feats.

Im going with King Cold on this. His power was stated to be stronger than Freizer and Cooler was supposed to be even stronger, since it was SS Bardock that did him.

Kuriza because I like him more.

Bardock killed/beat to near death Lord Chilled. Kuriza is from the Neko Majin manga.

I know but the user I replied to said Bardock killed Cold. I knew where Kuriza is from, I read some of the Neko Majin manga. It was alright, and I had a few laughs.

So who the heck is cooler?.. I thought it was cooler not chilled... that was Freizers ancestor.. nvm.

Lord Chilled= the ancestor to the current 'frost demons'(Cold, Frieza, Cooler, and Kuriza.)

King Cold=Father of Cooler, Frieza, and Kuriza.

Frieza=King Cold's son, brother of Cooler and Kuriza. Terrorized multiple planets, was defeated by Goku on Namek. He was later killed by Trunks.

Cooler= Frieza's brother. He was killed by Goku after he went to Earth to make up for his brother's loss. He later came back in "Meta-Cooler", where he was all metal and power by that weird mech. star.

Kuriza=Frieza's son who showed up in the manga "Neko Majin".

Kuriza is fodder like freeza thought that vegeta was strong enough to babysit and control him if need be mind you this a saiyan saga vegeta of sorts as he's still working for freeza

Freeza is fodder here too as both king cold and cooler are stated to surpass freeza numerous times however how cooler and king cold compare to each other is unknown but i would say king cold as cooler implied that his father abused him while favoring freeza
