Everyone outside of Cyborg just have one of Storm's powers so she can neutralize them pretty easily on her own. Cyborg can't really stand up to Storm, Luke, miles, OR Black Panther, nonetheless all of them.
It'd have to be New 52 Cyborg for him to stand a chance against any of them, and he'd still lose.

Yes and wrong. She does in fact control, redirect, and absorb electricity both biological and from clouds and in all forms. Lightning only empowers her so Black Lightning and Static are automatically neutralized. Same with Aqualad.

Scans? Maybe later. what's stopping them from dropping a car on her? i don't know maybe the fact that her winds have displaced and overpowered the likes of Hulk and can easily lift and move over 300 tons.
@darkbeam: I'm African American as well. It's not that you offended me I just thought it was messed up that you called it black team vs black team. Instead of just marvel team vs DC team. But if you're trying to just highlight the act that it's difficult to make a match like this and you just wanted to show it off as such then I kinda understand. Personally I would've just called marvel team vs DC team and waited for someone to point out the fact that it's two teams of African descent.

Storm summons those winds a lot. especially if a car's being dropped on her. And becoming electricity against Storm is the worst thing ever. She'll just absorb you or disperse like she did to Stardust, herald of Galactus.
And no one on DC team can get close to speedblitzing. Storm's blocked Cyclop's blast which is much faster than anyone on that team. And....I don't remember Black Lightning turning to pure electricity pre-52 or anything.

apparently she can control electricity as well. I thought the same thing you did in the past and was proven wrong. She has shot it out of her body, and absorbs it as well.
Storm isn't being taken down with electricity. Venom sting can take down anyone here and if Luke cage gets a hold one one of the DC team than they are done.
