It took Galactus wiping out three star systems just to get him to the point he didn't one shot Nova Prime.

Annihilus was good but not that good.

Annihilus, Thor isn't beating the entire Annihilation Wave.

With Quantam Bands it's close, though I'd back Thor by a small majority. Defeating Galactus is too much

So if regular Annihilus vs Old King Thor is a good fight, does that mean Hulked out Annihilus would be too much for OKT?

I think QB Annihilus is a good fight for Hulked Out Annihilus, though I expect Hulked Out to win. Old King Thor's power level heavily depends on how much you buy into the Galactus fight

@kevd4wg: He only defeated Galactus with the Necro Sword. However he still matched him in battle for some time without the sword, which in itself is still really impressive.

Old King Thor is just a smidge below Galactus in terms of power. I'd place him above the likes of Odin, Tyrant and Ego. He should win here.

Even with the feats and amps that Annihilus had at the time, I still give it to Thor. Thor plus Odinforce. Nuff said.

Thor did have a hungry/starving Galactus on his knees at one point before being hit with a shot while distracted. Even then, it only knocked him unconscious.

OKT wins but not easily if the 3 solar system feat is true.

In short the only relevant part is "Galactus obliteration perimeter encompasses three star systems ... and does not slow."
