@alphamon: Then I give R1 to Shredder (I guess their speeds are comparable) and R2 to All Might.

He can cross 5 km in 30 seconds while fighting monsters in his way. This happened in his way to his last fight. So this was one of the weakest forms of him.

Punched Nomu more than 300 times in less than a minute. Every punch was over 100% of his power.

His prime is stronger than the version above around 60-70 times.

Never thought I'd see the day where I'd say that Shredder was a good match for AM. Yet, here we are. I just watched the finale, so I'd have to say Shredder. He needs a very specific spirit weapon from the soul of the Hamato clan to be defeated. Very similar to Aku from Samurai Jack. Without said weapon, he'd just keep going and going, and he's definitely close enough to Allmight to wear AM down. But I think it will be a good fight and neither would really ragdoll the other.

@frostaku: Lol, I'm just messing around here. I'd debate if I thought I could actually have one. I'll speak my peace, again. AM needs to access magic spirit powers specific to the Hamato clan to even began to scratch Shredder. He would need an even ore specific giant etheral soul weapon specific to the Hamato clan to purify Shredder. Otherwise (big) if he ever got overpowered, he'd just keep coming back. Not even so much as a K.O. Pretty much an Aku situation if you ever seen Samurai Jack.
