Rules
round 1 - no prep for cyborg ,no sword for alita , hand to hand , speed equal if needed , no hacking
Round 2 - anything goes ,cyborg has 2 days of prep if needed
Cyborg gets doom partol feats if neeed ,alita gets a body htta makes this fair , standard gear and wear
