    This is the first published series with Tex Willer as main character: The volumes had the same format as a comic strip; the first number was published on December, 1948, and the last one (n. 60) on December, 1949. After this, in Italy where published at least 38 different series of strips featuring Tex Willer, before moving the character to the standard format. 
    This Volume is also known as "Tex Strisce" (strips).
