    I am always looking forward to new DC animated projects. This one was no exception.But from the first scene on it was quite obvious that they did not get what made the original story so special. The original elseworld story is a short though nonetheless exciting detective story that doesn‘t stray too far away from the Jack the Ripper myth it was based on. What they created in this movie is so focused on introducing characters to the story that are unnescessary and serve no purpose but the ...

    An animated adaptation of the classic elseworlds comic was a long-time coming and unfortunately, could've done with a bit longer to work on it. The voice cast all do their job well, aside from in a few cases like Tara Strong who just seems to go too over the top as Marlene and Grey Griffin as Jason who just sounded wrong in that role. The animation has nothing special to it and is quite boring in a lot of scenes. However, the fight-scenes are really well animated and add a lot to the film (Even...
