Video Game Tie-In page 46 is not accessible

I've been tagging issues with the Video Game Tie-In concept and page 45 is all filled up, but when I add more volumes, instead of being moved to page 46, the volumes at the end just disappear. What's going on?

Page 46 shows fine for me.
