@fallschirmjager: ok so let me break down your stupidity. you say that to prove anime isnt popular outside of japan is to compare anime based movies. one that actually is supposedly after an anime, but really doesnt have anything to do with it besides the names, and was made by freaking americans, not japan. the other is a transformers fighting monsters movies. that was the draw for that movie not kaiju bullshit that most americans dont know what it is. but the relevance of these 2 movies here? ZERO. the thread was about goku from the ANIME. he is without a doubt the most popular anime character. secondly you bring grossings from totally different types of movies. one a not so expensive anime MOVIE the other an overblown blockbuster mindless destruction porn american movie. WHY??? F*ck if i know. my argument was that anime shows are popular everywhere. you just started rambling idiotically about pacific rim and man of steel. MOVIES! not SHOWS!! but hey you're a loudmouth f*ckwad, i shouldnt have expected better.
@fallschirmjager: the Dragonball live action movie was made by americans, it is irrelevant to the conversation. and stop wanking transformer 2.0 in the pacific. anime is big everywhere, your personal opinions dont matter. can you prove me wrong?
@fallschirmjager: i was contradicting you on your statement that anime is popular only in japan, not on who is more iconic. the most popular shows in america are animes. naruto, bleach, one piece, hellsing etc.
