Dozens of little screens lit up before him. All of which followed the events of the world, the placing of arrest on Kurrent, the press conferences. There he sat, an elder man smiling a sinister grin while enjoying the comfort of his luxurious leather fauteuil. His left hand held a half empty glass of whiskey, the ice cubes hit the side of his glass as he brought it to his lips. His silver coloured hair glistered in the weak light that the screens gave off. The reason of his smile was for no one obvious but himself. For years he had been planning what he was about to do to the world. Or more specific, one country.
He had planned his actions for years, but needed to wait for the opportune moment, seemed like it was finally time to implement his reign of control over the world in this time of chaos. Over the course of the years he had studied one country in specific, Switzerland. It seemed like an insignificant speck in the world but nothing could be further from the truth. This country had bank accounts from countries all over the world, important bank accounts, not only from the countries itself, but the world leaders, important business people, random billionaires. Everyone came to Switzerland. In secret, Outcast had various employees throughout the bank world in high positions but also in seemingly insignificant jobs. With his knowledge of computers and engineering he had created various viruses that leaked information to him, created devices attached to the main computers by his people high up in the staff. All for one purpose, to gain control. Not only in the financial world, but the entire world. And now that the world was in chaos, so was the banking world. Everyone wanted to make sure their finances were right as they withdrew and deposited money. The whole banking world was now in chaos, the perfect time to take control.
‘Employ the virus, start up the scrambler, let’s have some… fun’ Outcast grinned at his henchmen. Various code ran across the screen. The entire banking world in Switzerland was in panic as they now saw all accounts being freezed and completely lost control of what was going on. In the meantime Outcast still walked around in his home in Switzerland. The computer screens lit up with all the information he ever dreamt of, everyone who had a bank account in Switzerland now was under his full control, that is, if they ever wanted to make use of their money again. The best part was, world leaders noticed their funds were missing but couldn’t act upon it since Switzerland was neutral and was not part of the EU. But they wouldn’t need to, just yet. Soon Outcast would reveal himself to the world. But first there were more pressing matters at hand.
One hour later.
Outcast had arrived at his location. The federal palace in Berne, Switzerland. There was nothing but panic as he blasted open the doors from the conference room. His henchmen quickly took control of the entire palace, guards were quickly disposed off. All the so called heroes were too busy solving the other chaos in the world to even start worrying about this. Outcast’s long red cloak dragged over the floor behind him as he walked statuesque towards the people who were in control of the country. Behind him were guards being killed by his personal little army. While lifting his red cloak to the side he took a seat where the head of the federal council sat just minutes ago. While eyeing the federal council he cleared his throat and began to speak in a firm tone of voice.
‘Now, I’m sure you all know you might have experienced some… difficulties with the finances. Please don’t panic, I’ve merely found the need to take matters in my own hands for the time being. Of course I can’t risk you making deals with other countries for help.. so I’d like to suggest a new council.’ With his hand Outcast gestured towards his henchmen who lined up before him. ‘I’m sure you won’t object. Either you can make an official press conference where you announce the rule of the country towards me, seeing as this is a republic, and live on with your happy lives wherever you plan to go with some nice pocket money. Or I’ll kill you here on the spot, leave your family and friends penniless and begging for a single quarter on the streets. Choice is yours..’
‘WHO THE HELL DO YOU…..’ Suddenly the yell of one of the officials was interrupted by a blast of blue kinetic energy coming from outcast’s hand going straight through the officials chest. Blood now decorated the golden coloured walls as the official was blasted backwards. ‘This is no joke gentlemen, any more objections..?’
As his henchmen saw to the press conference to the people of Switzerland about the announcement of a new rule being held, Outcast got ready for a press conference himself. With a gesture and a word to his men, camera’s we’re now being set up and pointed at Outcast. After a hour everything was ready to transfer a message to the leaders of the world, not only of countries but to businesses as well. Perfectly timed behind the press conference of the former federal council of Switzerland.
‘Welcome gentlemen, I’m sure you have noticed the slight recession you’ve experienced in the last few hours. But I can fix it in just a second. All I ask in return is that you do my bidding. Over the years I’ve been appalled by the way you so called leaders ‘lead’ your country. The world is in decay, and I’m about to solve that. As long as you listen to me you will have access to your funds, under control of course. Do no think for one second you will be able to retaliate or I’ll destroy those ‘well-earned’ funds. If you see no need for those funds and still wish to relatiate, remember that other countries might not think the same way, and you wouldn’t want to start world war 3… now would you? Further orders will be given in time, in the meantime, think carefully about your course of actions.’
He could hear the snobby comment of the English prime minister blasting through the speaker. ‘You won’t get away with this!’ Outcast simply smiled and shrugged it off. ‘Get away with it minister? I already have..’.
With that final message he took his seat on the head councils chair and placed his helmet besides him. Merely smiling before he let out a sinister laughter.
