☤ The Wilshere Boons ☤
"Being a member of the prominent Wilshere Wolves of Wales, Corvus sports an array of genetic gifts of varying nature. The Wilsheres however aren't associated with any metahuman niché, rather simply humans with natural predispositions towards developing such exotic powers any abilities. As such Corvus does not sport a metagene of any sort and shares his family's natural influence over their nervous systems."

♦ Epilogue, the All-Black ♦
(The Creeping Shadow; The Hundred-league Blade)
The Wilshere charlatan wields a weapon unlike any other, an esoteric longsword of unfathomably dark hue and unparalleled sharpness. The blade formerly belonged to his late brother, and thus carries the same qualities as Kieran's "God-Mauler", being made of runed steel fashioned into the form of a longsword. However, due to his own interaction with the weapon it's enchantments underwent the same metamorphosis as did it's color.
It is still very much durable, bordering on complete indestructibility save for high-order magics, but now also carries an enchantment that earned it the nickname of The Hundred-league Blade. This enchantment allows the user to freely manipulate the length of any of it's parts a hundred-fold. Whilst exterting the blade, it carries a tremendous force with it allowing for quick and unexpected attacks, but at any length it's esoteric properties make it always weight the same to it's owner.
Due to it's size-shifting ability, it is capable of functioning as more than just a longsword such as a shortsword, a spear or a sword-staff. Thus it is capable of being used with both slashing and thrusting intents.
♦ Lævateinn, the Unquenchable One ♦
(The Juggernaut Dagger)
Unlike his alternate self, Corvus managed to also earn an enchanted weapon. An ornate dagger made of iron and engraved by scandinavian runes it carries a well deserved name. Due to it's curved handle and one-sided blade, it is more adept at slashing than thrusting but capable of both if needed.
Translated as the "Damage twig" it's unique enchantment plays into this quality. The blade is well able to be broken, however, in such an event where the blade is destroyed, dented or otherwise distorted it's unique esoteric enchantment allows it to reform and mend through blood. Indeed, when blood is drawn with the broken blade it is capable if absorbing the iron present in said blood to reform itself into it's original form. Thus it's owner can continue fighting even if something happens to the weapon.
₪ Ανακλυσμός ₪
(Riptide)
Anaklusmos is an ornate ring that Corvus possibly forged and enchanted himself. It is made out of an unorthodox aluminium/silver alloy and it's insides appear to be filled with a precisely carved clear opal gem.
The ring is much more than a simple jewelry. It is a means of magical protection and rejuvination. As it's name implies, it's strengths lie in water related magics. The unique metal alloy, it's aluminium part, renders Corvus nigh-invisible to magical search and also makes his touch painful to malevolent spirits.
The arguably greatest strength comes from the opal-like gem inside the ring's confines. It is actually enchanted ice fragment from Antarctica. It grants Corvus several supernatural abilities when in the presence of water. First and foremost, water heals his wounds when submerged. This ability is primarily physical and the process takes several moments to complete, it cannot regenerate limbs and organs. Also as a result of this, any water the ring touches becomes blessed and purified. Another ability is the managment of bodily fluids, due to this his body proves very difficult to affect externally through blood-bending and derivate arts. Lastly, it grants Corvus limited governance over water, such as immunity to rainfall and instant drying.
