The townsfolk of Eden, Wyoming wake up to the first official murder the town has seen in 25 years. Their reaction to this isn’t normal, and there’s a reason for that. Eden operates as a haven for fugitive criminals who remain here while new identities, often including facial reconstruction, are created for them. There is zero tolerance for any illegal activity that might draw attention to the town and an “official murder” is the last thing they want. A single, tight-knit family runs Eden with the youngest oddball son Mark Shiffron overseeing the postal branch, the only means of shipping in or out of the city. THE FBI has repeatedly been foiled trying to insert an undercover here; they see Mark as the weak link to exploit. This murder gives them a new opportunity.

    NatX7's Comic Review: Postal #1 0

Postal #1 is the latest offering from Top Cow COO, Matt Hawkins, and co-creator, Bryan Hill. Postal centers around protagonist, Mark Shiffron, and his life in the town of Eden, Wyoming. A backwoods town with one church, one post office and a population barely cracking 4 digits. As the overseer of the local post office, Mark controls all shipping in and out of the small town. While the story of a kid in small-town Wyoming may not sound like the most gripping of plots, keep reading. Like the town...

I really like Matt Hawkins and Top Cow in general, and so I am not surprised I liked Postal, but was it enough to put it on the pull list or should I consider TradePaperBack'ing it?The story and setting seemed interesting, the art was alright with nice and moody colours but the story presented seemed like something that happend before the real deal... and that is my problem... the real deal happend in the last panel, it was like the scene that happened before the hook, which would pull it on THE...
