Don't forget there was (still is?) a Transporter TV series as well as the movies.

I can understand why you think the 1970's comics weren't about change that much and in many ways they weren't. But how is it chance when the heroes fight the heroes in civil war, the heroes fight the heroes in Avengers versus X-men, the heroes fight the heroes in Secret Wars, the heroes fight the heroes civil war 2 and the heroes fight the heroes in the upcoming Inhumans versus X-men series? I don't see much change here.
