Spector faces a personal upset when Marlene leaves him and is unwilling to talk. But girlfriend troubles are the least of Moon Knight’s worries when organization O.M.N.I.U.M. enters the fray!

Marc is trying to find Marlene, to talk to her and try to right their relationship. He's still hearing the voices in his head giving him instructions on what Konshu wants his Knight of Vengeance to do for him. He's off to the Yucatan to stop an evil doctor from performing pain threshold test on innocent people.

I know that Marc is in love with Marlene, but he's kinda acting like a stalker here.  That's the only part of this issue that I really didn't care for that much.  I could have done without the stalking part.  The rest is good. Ok, Moon Knight is still hearing the voices in his head and getting a vision of what his next "mission" is to be.  He's off to the Yucatan with only the thoughts of a man, a women, and a destination.  Not much to go on.  So, he's hanging around the pool and just so happens...
