    Origin

    Harvey McPhearson had a tough life in Michigan, he was picked on in grade school and landed in jail a few times. Then when he was "old enough he moved to Manhattan's West Side. That's where he met Harley Quinn and joined The Gang of Harleys.

    Harley's motto is, "Be who you want to be." He also takes every opportunity to show off his body proudly and none of the other girls in the gang seem to mind.
