    A parody of Captain Marvel, Billy Boyko was awarded the magic panic button necklace from the Limbo League lending a fraction of each of their powers to him whenever he pressed the button. Transformed into Goodguy: Champion of Cleanliving, Billy fights the forces of evil. At one point, the panic button malfunctioned and Billy Boyko gained the ability to become a superpowered version of himself called Mitey Marvel.
