    Origin

It is unclear how Godseye truly got into space, Nick Fury, told Bruce Banner, that Hydra sneaked it into space aboard a Russian weather satellite or a Russian spy satellite during the cold war. Later, after Hulk learns that Godseye was one of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s weapons, Nick later implies to generals in the pentagon that S.H.I.E.L.D. itself was working on a A.I. system that took over, killed the crew and has been getting bigger ever since.

How ever it got into space, Godseye has been latching on to space junk and using the space junk to make its self larger and more powerful. Its solar batteries have been collecting solar power for years and recently it has has the ability to absorb other kinds of power sources, such has Gamma Radiation. It can attack the world severely with atom bombs, it's creators tried to destroy it twice in vain, the second time caused the Chernobyl incident.

When it tries to collect it this is when the Hulk explodes from it trying to smash Godseye. Upon seeing the SHIELD logo on Godseye the Hulk becomes enraged. Godseye is able to control the Hulk by first removing its oxygen supply, a small air mask and tank. Then Godseye uses one of it metal tentacle to go inside the Hulk's brain, causing the Hulk to pass out.

Once taking the unconscious Hulk aboard, Godseye puts him in one of the barracks and the Hulk changes back to human before awaking. While Banner is still asleep Godseye takes some of his Gamma Radiation and turns it into a power source. Godseye uses this new power source to destroy several SHIELD spaceships sent against it.

When Banner wakes up, Godseye watches him explore the ship then, using bits and pieces from around the ship, Godseye makes a humanoid robot that interacts with Banner. Soon the robot is forced to battle the Hulk and tries to use the Gamma power to combat the Hulk. This use of Gamma power backfires and Godseye can not harness that much power and explodes. Pieces of it fell on Savage Land, the Fantastic 4 defeated the duplicates which tried to reconstruct itself.
