The Mauler. Anderson has always had trouble with guys that have the same or longer reaches than him, and ones that won't rush in with their face, throwing wild punches.
Mauler at his best should take the W.

Win via decision or stoppage?
@comicstooge: No idea.
Gustafson, hard as a coffin nail and huge but with technical ability.
If Gus is a nail, Rumble is a hammer.
@comicstooge: Rumble is THE hammer
Silva by KO. People are beginning to forget how unstoppable he was in his prime. Gus would likely get wobbled a few times on the feet early and would resort to taking Anderson down, but wouldn't be able to penetrate his guard enough to deal significant damage. Gus' cardio is not up to par and he would begin to fade later in the fight, letting Silva take over and find the KO. Plus the size difference isn't as big as people seem to think.

That's Mark Coleman.

I was going to go with Gus but that picture changed my mind. And you are right about how dangerous Silva was in his prime. Look at the way he hurt DC in their fight too..
@ivana_strigidae: Silva probably could of won that fight if it was for the title. He was able to defend his self well despite being outclassed on the ground. He could of possibly tko'd DC.

I disagree. DC has winded and still took him down. That one kick was all he really did in the fight, I'm not seeing how it'd work twice.
@comicstooge: We all know Silva is no expert on the ground. He definitely not that great at defending takedowns. That one kick had DC out of there for a bit. DC would of been done if Silva landed an liver shot.
@somayareece: Gus had DC hurt much worse in a far more competitive fight and DC came back to win.
Silva is easy pickings now. Not counting that no-contest against Nick Diaz, he lost four fights in a row.

His last real win was in 2012. As a Silva fan it hurts to see sometimes.
@ivana_strigidae: It does hurt a little. But, every athlete has their time.
@static_shock: Truth.
