Who should be the one to end Thanos?

It's a group effort but ultimately none of them really manage to kill him. But the events leading up summon the attention of the Marvel Abstracts. Mistress Death shows up at the end and they walk off into the land of the dead together.

Except in the post credits scene Deadpool appears and Death leaves Thanos for him.

It should be Thor. But, I’ll be satisfied if it’s a team combo move involving Thor. Narratively speaking Thor had the most personal 1 vs 1 interactions with Thanos outside of Gomaroa who shouldn’t be allowed to kill Thanos.

She’s not part of the MCU Trinity and it would be a bit cliche. Also Ironman should be focused on brining everyone back especially his boy Spider-Man.

I'd be happy if Thor delivers the final big blow, while Nebula is the one to actually kill the weakened Thanos.

Should be Tony, but I'll be fine it's a team effort of the OG Avengers.

Ant-Man will be what ultimately defeats Thanos.

During the fight he'll throw down a cheeseburger and use his Pym technology to grow it to the size of a skyscraper, thus proving to Thanos that his mere human technology can single handedly solve the universe's resource issues without mass genocide.

Thanos will snap again, bringing everyone he killed back, and then surrender in shame.

Personally I think Thanos should be not be killed but imprisoned. He can be valuable in MCU for something bigger.

I think Nebula and Gamora should do it if they are killing off Thanos. They are the one who suffered most under Thanos.

Hulk. That better be why they are leaving him absent from marketing. All seems lost until Hulk with his own guantlet just comes and lays a sick beat down on Thanos opening up the opportunity for everyone to jump Thanos with their best.

Nebula/Gamora have had to deal with the most bullshit from Thanos, if anyone deserves to kill him it's them. If not them, Thor, for largely the same reasons but to a lesser extent.

Ironman should, he’s the one who started in and he should end it. He is the one who has been the only real enemy of Thanos since The Avengers and Thanos’ line about knowing him gives him more synergy than almost any other MCU character. Why not the others:

Captain Marvel - Even though she was called specifically to help deal with this enemy, we haven’t known her long enough for her killing Thanos to have any real emotional impact.

Thor - He had his shot. Getting him on the second attempt would be less interesting.

Nebula - Almost no one cares about Nebula.

Hulk - Since Hulk already got hit behind slapped by Thanos, him being Thanos to death would be pretty anti-climatic.

Captain America - Him beating Thanos could actually work since his philosophy of not trading lives directly opposes Thanos’ line of reasoning. However, Captain America’ big moment would be better served for something like sacrificing himself for the soul stone.

Tony or Hulk

@g2_: He is too good of a villain with se much potential for future stories without Avengers. Add to the fact that build up he had was pretty big. Killing him would be a waste.
