Assuming composite doesn’t include Celestial powers, 2-3 can do it.

He already beat Spider-Man before NWH but Star-Lord is a genius and has good tech. Even with improved Peter, 2-3 Star-Lords should win

However, I did say in a 1v1 showdown. That's just my opinion(bc Spidey is a much bigger fan fav) But I did agree that Quill already beat Parker...
