What's the policy? What kind of images should go there? Could it just be a cool panel from the comic?
What's the policy with images in the synopsis/notes area
Issue pages. And like I said in the title of the post, the notes/synopsis area.
For example, if there was a notable costume change for a character in that issue. Would it be OK to post a panel from that issue with the character's new costume? Stuff like that.
Ya images are not really all that necessary, I usually see them as an annoyance that get in the way on volume and issue pages, its not like episode pages, other wikis don't typically add anything other then covers as additional info is usually better suited on character or team pages. Editors used to add them to issue pages years ago but thankfully it went out of style cause it does look pretty ugly plus now that our image policy has changed it is too risky to allow them.
@billy_batson: i know it's usually just text. I mean, i do editing and looking at issues all the time. I've only seen one or two issue pages that actually had images in the notes area. But I do think it could be useful. I personally like to have or add as much info as possible. I would love the ability look up issuesand see or read every possible available info about it. Interview quotes, background info, a panel for an example of the art style, everything.
