There is no chance even with the K suit. Superman can just do the movie thing (lifting the land mass where Rhino is and trow it in space). or blast him with his heat vizion, trow something heavy at him etc etc etc. Oh S could also fly to get a suit (the one that protects him from K) and they fly back to KO Rhino (it would take 10 seconds for Superman) :P "

He has superhuman speed too, so Superman's speed wouldn't be any kind of advantage. There's also his awesome horn which can rip through anything, even Superman's body.
