I would say most definitely Wanda given her feat of stalemating Kaluu, Mordo's mystical superior. I also think Wanda is more around Clea and Strange's level than Mordo and people around his tier such as Mordred and Agatha(Who she already surpassed).

Mordo, Wanda is too inconsistent.

@cognitive: I think Wanda is more inconsistency in team books where she isn't the or one of the main characters in the spotlight. She was quite consistency in her solo book not so long ago.

I always thought Wanda was below Strange.

You can be around a certain character power-level and not exactly be as powerful as the same, its equal. You can be weaker or somewhat more powerful, Wanda is the former.

Satannish and Mephisto are usually the examples I go by. It means the gap isn't all that.

Wanda’s too powerful for him. I’d argue she’s even above Strange in pure raw power, but his skill is what sets him above her truly
