If the fight takes place anywhere that Ms. Marvel can absorb enough power to change to Binary then I think she can take this easily.
Otherwise it is a really hard fight, Both are super strong (PG being stronger), both are flyers (I think MM is the better flyer), Both are fast (probably goes to PG) but as far as I know only MM has any energy projection powers (this might be incorrect but I havn't seen any heat vision or "super breath" since Ifniate Crisis). And I am going to say that while they have both trained with hand to hand that Ms Marvels longer experience and Avengers training trumps Power Girls JSA training.
Power Girl all the way on this one. Power Girl is a + 100 Ton power house. Ms. Marvel has only like a 4 on the 1-7 chart in strength. 7 being +100 ton marker. I think She-Hulk would be a better fight. Big Barda vs She-Hulk would be a great fight.

TheJuggernautpunch, you should be careful about posting those kinds of pix Mods have come down hard in the past for it. I have nothing against boobs, but rules and rules and I would delete it before they see it
Ms.Marvel has multiple powers, as does Power Girl. Marvel probably has the better fighting skills since she jointed the military Power Girl is a Pre-crisis character, but isn't she just a gatekeeper to show how bad ass a villain is?

What part of old didn't you understand? Marvel cannot say in 2004 what her strength level will be in 2010.Ms.Marvel's current strength level is unspecified.She was class 75 as of the start of Civil War but as a result of her merging with Cru she claimed even after it was purged from her body that she was stronger than ever.Marvel isn't incorrect,the entry is just old.Read Civil War Damage report.
