Heimdall, apart from his cosmic sense is just a normal asgardian, a 35-50 tonner, comparatively slower, less durable and lot less versatile Asgardian.

If anyone is interested in his bio entry, Heimdall's strength has been detailed in 3 bios so far.

Marvel Handbook 1985 he is listed at 30 tonner (sorry couldnt get the whole page in one cut, so the image looks a bit wonky)

Marvel Handbook 1991 which lists Heimdall as a 50 tonner

And Encyclopedia Mythologica 2008 which lists him as 50 tonner again

Since BFR isn't banned, Heimdall can just banish Iron Man like he currently did with Sif in JiM.

Iron Man because of his range abilities. He needs to avoid getting hit by the uru sword though.

Pretty much agree. "Pretty much", because of these fights in which Heimdall used energy projection from his sword. It was said to have power of stars etc., but - IIRC - only by Heimdall himself and I don't belive to characters when they talk about their own powers.
