Juubidara takes this one. He got the speed and hax. He got Infinite Tsukuyomi, 4 Limbo Clones, & Sharinnegan (3rd eye). He should be as powerful as Hagaromo who created the moon.

Hagoromo was not a Juubi Jin when he fought the ten tails with his brother he only had his powers he inherited through bloodline which wouldn be the Rinnegan and possibly Senjutsu.

Madara would be as strong as the Hagoromo who created "this world" which is vague because it ranges from planet-universe level.

Goku at this point was massively massively hypersonic. So fast in fight against Piccolo he was even invisible to Kami's god eyes. Plus this is post Kami training so he can sense all energy, and feel changes in air. This with his huge speed edge will make near impossible for anyone to tag him. That said other than a Kamehameha i dont see him putting Madara down. After images wont work due to sharingan, so it will be hard for goku to use it. Also reason goku doesnt create huge distortions while moving is his movements are max efficiency to waste no energy, See DB training.

1. Naruto and Sasuke powered up by Base Hagaromo kept up with Madara and defeated Kaguya. I would he's equal to that level.

no he did not. he spread them before he died , the kids inherited his gens . He just founded ninshu , a religion that gave birth to the ninja world, it has been reffered multiple times . He never created a planet.

kaguya didn't create a new dimension, its literally the same place as she just ended the war in the same land ie was referred as the rabbit goddess and later went crazy with power , everyone. Kaguyas origin is still unexplained , she came from a "far away world" , she may not be human to even begin with .

Madara can beat this Goku with hax and equal Goku's DC through power scaling from Toneri.
