Wonder Woman for the vast majority. Way too fast and skilled, and has a weapon that can slice Hulk apart.

This is actually a good fight. I do think they are comparative in strength.

They each have a strong advantage over the other

Hulk has healing factor and bigger

Diana is faster, fights with skills.

However I do think that what clearly tips the balance is Diana's equipment. As she is faster, i do think she will decapitate Hulk.
