i am trying to determine a winner with the huge cranial complex that is Nick's cerebral faculty. and no answers come up because there is nothing i have seen Steve Rogers do that Bucky isn't able to do.

@comicdude23: Isn't Bucky capable of that with his cybernetic arm? I mean he lack's the endurance and stamina to fight steve but at range I think he has a chance... In H2H he would lose.

Steve takes this. Sure, Buck has a bionic arm, but it's not enough to close the gap with someone who's mentally and physically superior to him.

Steve wins. But Bucky in my opinion is more highly skilled as a fighter. Don't get me wrong Steve is also highly skilled himself but the reason he beats Bucky is because of his superior physical stats (Strength, Speed, Endurance, Agility).
