Huntress is tough...I think she could take the original Batgirl in a physical fight. Especially since when she was still Batgirl Barbara was still very green and more of a sidekick than anything else.
I think if it came down to an intellectual battle (like chess or something) Babs would win but not hand to hand.
Huntress would hold back on Barbara. They're practically best friends, and even in a real fight, Huntress would hold back against Batgirl. They both were trained in combat by Batman, but Huntress was raised by assassins, and she a little more experience by at least a year or two on Batgirl.
