    Origin

    Angthony Romulus was a great athelete. Yet his ambition to be the best led him to Professor Milo, who gave Romulus a steriod derived from Timber Wolves that was undetectable. The down side to this is it transformed Romulus into a werewolf on the night of a full moon. Refusing to provide the antedote, Milo used Romulus in an attempt to kill Batman.

    Creation

    Anthony Romulus was created for Batman: The Animated Series. He is extremely similar in origin to Anthony Lupus, a pre-established character in the DC universe also created by Len Wein.
