Her initial origin depicted her as a clay baby brought to life by patron goddess Aphrodite, but in recent years she has been depicted as the daughter of Zeus and Amazon queen Hippolyta.
General Dru-Zod was a member of the Kryptonian military, exiled to the Phantom Zone by Jor-El after attempting to conquer Krypton. When he escaped years later he targeted Superman and his adopted planet Earth.

Faora Hu-Ul is a beautiful and dangerous Kryptonian woman who was imprisoned in The Phantom Zone for 300 years after she tortured and murdered 23 Kryptonian Men. After escaping from the Phantom Zone she plots alongside fellow Kryptonian General Zod.
The mummy was a antagonist character called Imhotep, played by Boris Karloff in the 1932 film, which later became a classic character from the Universal horror films.
Erzsébet Báthory was a 17th century countess and serial killer who is believed to have bathed in the blood of her victims to gain eternal youth. She was imprisoned in her home at Castle Čachtice, where she died. She is usually fictionalized as a vampire.

Joe Carny is the so-called "King of the Hobos". He also suffers from lung cancer. As Hector Hammond's agent, Carny became the King: a member of the Royal Flush Gang. King was made immortal.
Ignition's origins are unknown. He made his first appearance in the story arc Emperor Joker where Joker states he cannot remember creating him. He would later work for General Zod. His current whereabouts are currently unknown.
