    He is the opposite of Kelly Bundy.  Bud is as smart as she is dumb, and as unattractive to the opposite sex as she is desirable.
    They have a love-hate relationship, often bickering over small things, and playing nasty tricks on one another. But when the chips are down they can count on one another to back up their particular brand of Bundy justice.
