    A higher plane of reality with powerful inhabitants. It is at the top of the spiral and home to Idris, Qabiri and Melchior. It is supposedly unchanged since time began.

    Creation

    Created by Steven Grant, Warren Ellis and Ariel Olivetti, the Brilliant City first appears in X-Man #67 - Shockwave: part one: Infinities of Evil.
