Can't Keep a Good Thing Going
Synopsis
The Agents of Atlas and 3-D man are on a murder investigation which leads them to many places around the globe. They have to deal with demonic possession, drones, and the injuries of teammates. This book also has an origin story of M-11 which is probably the best part of this book--but it could/should have been a tie-in and not part of this--otherwise--short issue. The Good
Artwork is by far the best part of this book. I can't get enough of Gabriel Hardman. His pencils are worth their weight in gold although this book is a little more loose than I expected. However, the colors go right with the style and look to be more of watercolors than digital colors we're used to."The Human Robot" was the star of this show. Wish we could have had an entire issue devoted to this story (I have came to Agents of Atlas late in the game and don't know much of the characters origin stories).
The Bad
The short story was definitely the downside to this book. I can't believe the mainline story was only 14 pages of a 22 page book, where's the other 8 pages of plot? The Human Robot origin story was equally as long and that shocks me. Why not spin off the origin story and make the main story the main part of the book? The other bad news for this book/series is that it has been announced by Marvel to be canceled as of issue #5. Too bad, I don't get anymore Namora :(
