Aquaman
Character » Aquaman appears in 4665 issues.
The son of an Atlantean queen and a lighthouse keeper from the town of Amnesty Bay, Arthur Curry would grow up to become the superhero Aquaman, and later take on his birthright as the King of Atlantis. He is a founding member of the Justice League and is among DC Comics' most recognized heroes.
Do you prefer Aquaman with long hair or short hair?
Big influences on the creation of Aquaman were Kull of Atlantis, King Arthur and Roman mythology so at the very least Aquaman should have long hair if not both long hair and beard. He's a swashbuckling warrior-king, not some poncy regal posho.

Nope.

You sound like someone who would shout Hippy at someone with long hair.
One-armed, bearded, long-haired, heavy metal Aquaman for me.

Fine with both styles, voted for short, because his best stories have been with this style.
Also warrior king (which is the best version of Aquaman and the most persistent) has been done to perfection with short hair numerous times and is still being done with Rebirth. Just like the long hair version during PAD's run and in JLUnlimited.
Just having a metal look does not make you a warrior king or more regal. The length of hair and beard is all fluff if not suported by great characterization, so both versions are fine as long as the writers keep AQ kicking ass.

Agreed.
Depends on if there's another short-haired blond on the team. If so, it should be long to differentiate him. If not, I prefer it short.
Always short hair for me. Ive heard the Peter David run on Aquaman was him with the beard and long hair and eventual lost hand. Might go purchase a few issues.
Short hair. It makes him look like more of a pretty boy and therefore closer to an ideal aesthetic pretty boy hero look.
