DSM Heron
In S2, the show goes out of its way to show there are two sides to Heron. When Heron operates at his normal levels, he‘ll use a bit of demigod superhuman strength and a minor lightning blast. However, when Heron enters Divine Strength Mode, he’s stated to have little control over himself. He goes berserker so to speak. Hephaestus mentions that “This kind of power” is intoxicating.
As Heron has still not learned to control it.
Alexia mentions that Heron loses himself.
Heron adds on to this by confirming when he’s like that, his power is unlike anything he’s ever felt.
DSM Heron is far stronger than his normal levels. As when he first enters this enraged form, he is able easily dodge Ares and tag him with a 3 piece body combination before he could even react.
Heron then blitzes Ares with a lightning punch that heavily damages him and shocks the other gods who have fought him before.
This is insane because Hermes at full speed couldn’t tag Ares when his attention was fully on him. Ares was able to react to 99% of his blows meanwhile Heron is able to deliver a 5 piece combination.
His Raw Strength/AP exceeds both brothers too as a single punch had Ares bleeding heavily from his face while Ares no-sells Apollo’s fireballs without a scratch on him.
In this DSM state, Heron is clearly above Hermes/Apollo, and this narrative is consistent as during his second use of this form, he no-diffs the Keres. These Keres beasts, were able to give Hestia a high-diff fight and she only succeeds after she‘s amped by the Eudeciean stone.
During the S2 finale, Heron seems to have a bit more control of this state, but he only uses it for a short burst. In this showing, Heron easily blasts away a bloodlusted Ares mid-swing, with a mere one-handed attack. Ares is so dazed by the attack he drops his hammer and doesn’t return to the battle until the final act with the Eucidiean stone.
In short, DSM Heron is clear of Ares, Apollo, Hermes, and Hestia. The brothers in particular have Hypersonic+ speeds and Large Town-City lvl AP via island shaking/village cloud feats. By being able to damage Ares to that degree, his Lightning Punches and Blasts should be that lvl.
However, he still has long ways to go in learning to control his power. At that point he’ll reach even higher.
