It ain't easy to make zombies boring!
Or is it? Zombie Highway is just another in the long line of generic zombie stories, nothing new or different is presented in this issue. Actually, this issue is a perfect example of how not to write a comic with zombies in it. Nothing at all happens in the entire issue, literally. You meet a few characters who don't seem to charismatic, so you know you won't be rooting for them, and that's it. They run away from zombies in a not so exciting scene that nearly puts you to sleep.
I do not recommend this issue, even to hardcore zombie fans. If you're looking for a zombie story, I hear The Walking Dead is quite good. Save your time, unless you're having trouble sleeping at night.
