She would be at the level of Doctor Strange, Clea or Doctor Doom, meaning she would be a regular character and, possibly, she would be the supreme sorceress, since she is considered that in DC Comics. Not that she is '' weak '' in DC, but the writers limit her to a level that makes her no more powerful than an ordinary human with a weapon, however, she is much stronger than that.

If she were from Marvel, possibly, she would be a teacher / principal of the school for students gifted in magic, since the script could change if she were from another publisher. She should be a member of the avengers and the x-men and, perhaps, some other important groups. Her enemies would be planetary or global or even universal.
