Many are still disappointed about Young Justice being removed from Cartoon Network's schedule, but it looks like the team may make a return. Bleeding Cool claims a "reliable source" has informed them the CW is bringing the team back to the small screen in a live action "teen drama/romance series with a superhero twist." They say it'll be based on the animated show (and by connection, the video games and comic books titles) and is slated to air in 2015. As for who will allegedly be on the team, they claim it'll be led by Superboy and Miss Martian. No word on whether it'll connect to the CW's other DC properties.

If this does ultimately pan out, which characters would you like to see on the show and who would you cast for the parts? Would you even want to see this team return in a live action format? Don't be shy, let us know your thoughts below.

Red Robin DC, Red Robin! Although why Superboy would lead with Red Robin on the team is beyond me.

Hm, let me know when it actually starts shooting, getting excited for something as little as this is not really worth it.

^This sounds like it will be one of CW's crappy drama shows and not an actual comic show. Which is sad considering how good the animated series was.

Maybe Red Robin won't be in the show, I doubt WB will let CW to use any of the Robins.

No! Please don't turn this unbelievable show into some angsty teen drama. It needs to be left as a great cartoon

They need to bring back the show and not remake it.

Now that I think about it, the only reason why I initially was fine with this was because I thought it would be the same thing but in live action. I doubt that the CW would bring Greg Weisman and Brandon Vietti back to make the story and since Nightwing may be tied up in MOS2 and Arrow, he and possibly other batcharacters may not appear. I'd rather have Little Orbit make a sequel to Legacy than a revamp. It'll be Teen Titans Go all over again. No disrespect to anyone who likes the show but, it certainly isn't what old Teen Titans fans asked for.

Bring to back as an animated series so they wouldn't have to worry about power budgets

I don't think they will be able to find young actors capable of recreating the awesome fight scenes in Young Justice. The cartoon sure did have amazing animators an choreographers. I'll give this a try if it happens. Also, DC needs to release a box set of Young Justice.

It seems like a lot of people are bashing CW without really watching the programming. The kinda sorta Network/box to license things to Netflix has been going heavy into sci-fi genre this year and most of it's kinda good. Tomorrow People is fun play on Alphas and Mutant X. Reign is really dumb but in the sameway Sleepy Hollow and Blacklist are.

Yea CW is all about the pretty people but I'll take pretty people if it means fun genre TV.

Let us be 100% A huge fan base of the CW Arrow do not read the Green Arrow comic books. I'm hands down guilty for only starting the show because of the known actors that were staring and the fact that the show did revolve around teen drama, much like Smallville did. I think it'll be really cool to see some of my favourite DC kids in a series together... Def would like to see Superboy, Miss Martian, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Artemis, Wonder Girl, Nightwing, Batgirl and would even love to see Zatanna on this show.

Great dynamics and characterization in the Cartoon do not see why it wouldn't be good in a live action show.

Hmmmm... I want Greg Wisemen on board with this. And if so... Do some justice for Tim Drake. But I don't know... rather have it come back on a cartoon level... at least bring it back to a DVD movie or so... I wanna see Bart Allen, Conner Kent and Tim Drake all team up...

If they want real ratings make it a Hybrid Teen Titans/Young Justice Show.

I'm sure it will be written by Pulitzer prize winners and with a thespian cast.

CW shows can be good if they try hard enough. Sure, a little on the teen drama side, but whatever. Arrow turned out to be pretty awesome, and I do enjoy Vampire Diaries and its spin-off. Supernatural is apparently very good as well. Though, it could also go the opposite direction of Gossip Girl or 90210...which would be awful.

As much as I love Young Justice to death (and that is QUITE A LOT), I really don't like the sound of this. Young Justice was great because of it's cast and creators. I feel like a direct attempt to emulate that (especially on the CW, which is not exactly the goldmine of quality teenage character portrayal) would not go over well at all...

It is nice to hear that people haven't forgotten Young Justice though.

Superboy is one of my favorite superheroes so you could say I'm excited.

I would very highly recommend it. Even if you weren't a fan of other DC cartoons. It is quite distinct and has a really fresh and unique feel to it.

@novi_homines: I don't think DC owns properties called IZombie or the Avenger. I know of I, Vampire. Is that what you're thinking of? And I believe the Gordon series is the Gotham series, in other words, there are not two separate things.

No interest in them anymore.

The only one on this list I actually want to see is iZombie because after reading that comic I thought it would always make a cool TV show. Especially those who want more zombies and less humans (like some other shows)
