The current Icicle is the son of the first Icicle, Joar. Cameron somehow inherited his freezing powers from his father's prolonged exposure to his cold-ray gun which altered Cameron's DNA. Icicle blames the Justice Society of America for his condition and desired to get revenge upon the team of super-heroes.

Mera of Xebel is an Atlantean and famous love interest and wife of Aquaman. She hails from the penal colony of Xebel in the Bermuda Triangle of Atlantean exiles and was tasked with the mission to kill the King of Atlantis before she abandoned her quest when she met and fell in love with Aquaman. Mera has been at Aquaman's side ever since proving to be his most valuable partner in battle and in life.
Nanaue is a humanoid shark who originally terrorized Hawaii, but now operates as a member of the Suicide Squad. Contrary to popular belief, King Shark is indeed a shark.
Pre-DC's New 52, Artemis Crock was a villain who most notably had run-ins with Stargirl, Hawkgirl, and the JSA. In the Young Justice cartoon, she was a hero, a member of Young Justice along with Robin, Miss Martian, Aqualad, Superboy, and others. Post New 52, she was one of the captives of N.O.W.H.E.R.E. kept in the Colony, who was subsequently murdered by fellow captive, Fist Point.

A trained tracker, explorer and expert marksman, Congo Bill is a superb athlete and excellent hand to hand combatant who was at one time able to swap bodies with a powerful enchanted Golden Gorilla. He now possesses the body of the Golden Gorilla permanently after his human body died.
The Brain is the nemesis of The Chief, and because of the latter has been left as a brain contained in a jar, and protected by his creation, Monsieur Mallah.
