When I first saw this cover I was really excited because the old Young Justice series had a story just like this. So, I wanted to see if it would be like that issue.
Story
The Young Justice team have a camp out and they tell how they first became superheroes.
Best Part
I liked to see everyone’s origins stories especially around a campfire. It was really like the Young Justice issue from the old series. They even mentioned in this issue that Robin can’t reveal his identity to the team. But hopefully the team will find out who he is soon either in the show or the comics. I also liked the last part of this issue that Superboy is not forgotten that he was made by Lex and he has the urge to kill Superman because that is what Lex told him to do.
Worst Part
I did not really like the Aqualad origins. I am not a big fan of Aqulad or Aquaman so I just thought it was a little boring. There was even an episode all about Aqualad and I thought that was the worst episode so far out of the series.
Art
I see that in this issue that the art has changed a little but it still looks like the art from the show, which I was very happy to see. It is just that the outline of the characters have a little bit of darker lines. I actually really like it and hope they stick with the same style of art.
