    Missing Marvel Link

This could be possibly be what Marvel Comics is missing with the absence of the New Warriors and lack of a regular Spider-Girl or Young Avengers series. Sean McKeever and David Baldeon inject a little youth in the Marvelverse with realistic characterization of five young adults and supporting cast. A solid foundation is built for our heroes to form a team of their own and I'm excited to see where things go for the Young Allies. Their first battle proves to be against the B@stards of Evil, who at first seemed like a lame idea, but the formation of the super team of baddies makes sense, as does their attitude towards justice and life (unfortunately). As of first reading I'm most interested in longtime favorite, Firestar, and Araña who's wearing my favorite Spider-Woman's fighting togs (we still don't know why). I'll definitely be picking up this series in the future and I recommend you do to! ~ Hype

Firestar and Gravity go to the same graduate school but, do not know each other yet. There is an explosion....

Young Allies begins with the origin of Toro, a new hero in the current Marvel universe, but a familiar face to those who read the Heroes Reborn event in 1997. The other heroes in the Young Allies’ lineup incl...
